Navigate to Settings > Workspaces and click "Create Team". You can add up to 5 collaborators on the Starter plan. Team members receive email invitations and can co-edit gradient libraries in real time. Workspace IDs are automatically generated (e.g., WS-8842-ALPHA) for secure sharing.

General Inquiries
Account & Workflow
Everything you need to know about getting started with ChromaFlow and managing your workspace.
How do I create a team workspace?
Can I recover deleted gradient projects?
Yes. ChromaFlow retains soft-deleted projects in your Recycle Bin for 30 days. Go to the Trash icon in the left sidebar, select the project, and click "Restore". Permanent deletion requires a 14-day confirmation window to prevent accidental data loss.
What export formats are supported?
ChromaFlow exports to SVG, PNG (up to 8K resolution), CSS background properties, JSON color tokens, and Figma-compatible gradient maps. Pro users also unlock PDF vector sheets and Tailwind CSS config generation with one click.
Billing & Subscriptions
Plans & Payments
Transparent pricing, flexible terms, and straightforward cancellation policies.
How does the Pro subscription work?
The Pro plan costs $14.99/month or $149/year (billed annually). It includes unlimited gradient exports, 50GB cloud storage, priority rendering, and access to the ChromaFlow API. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your Billing dashboard at any time. Prorated credits apply to mid-cycle changes.
Do you offer educational or nonprofit discounts?
Yes. Verified .edu, .gov, and registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive a 40% discount on annual Pro licenses. Submit your institutional email or tax-exempt documentation through the Support portal, and our billing team at accounts@chromaflow.design will process the discount within 24 hours.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your account reverts to the Free tier immediately upon cancellation. You retain read-only access to your gradient libraries and can export existing projects for 90 days. No refunds are issued for partial months, but you keep all generated assets under the standard ChromaFlow Creative Commons license.
Technical Support
Compatibility & Performance
Browser requirements, API limits, and troubleshooting common rendering issues.
Which browsers are officially supported?
ChromaFlow runs natively on Chrome 104+, Firefox 102+, Safari 16+, and Edge 104+. WebGL 2.0 and WebAssembly are required for real-time gradient previewing. Legacy browsers like IE11 or Safari 12 are not supported due to missing color-space APIs.
Why are my gradients appearing banding on dark mode exports?
Color banding typically occurs when exporting 8-bit PNGs with high-contrast transitions. Enable "Dithering (Floyd-Steinberg)" in the Export panel or switch to 16-bit PNG/TIFF output. For web use, we recommend SVG with linearGradient definitions to maintain crisp, resolution-independent transitions.
What are the API rate limits for developers?
Free accounts allow 100 requests per hour. Pro accounts support 2,500 requests per hour with dedicated endpoints for batch gradient generation and token synchronization. All API calls require a Bearer token and must include a valid X-ChromaFlow-Version header. Rate limit headers are returned with every response.
